Hey this species has been sitting kinda dormant and I wanted to see if there was any way I could either help get it back on it's feet or possibly buy it? I'm just offering because I care about this species and I really want to see something done with it

I'm a guest artist from a while back, and I was wondering if your rules on being one have changed? ( For example, Ice had rules that oyu had to give part of the payment to her, only make adopts with permission, etc )
